They drop leaves, slow growth, stop flowering, drop blossoms and wait it out. If you get to 100 F, your tomatoes are going to look terrible. However, it is not disease. Keep them fed, keep them watered, put up shade (if you can) and wait out a temperature change. Sorry about the sound. It corrects itself.
