I realize there's plenty of videos on TempestSDR, so this is using GNU Radio 3.8, GR-Tempest, and SDRPlay to accomplish the same thing. I spent so much time trying to actually get an image with all sorts of equipment and never once got anything that even remotely looked like the screen. In fact, I even had TempestSDR with a b205 working in DragonOS Focal, and yet still no image. Turns out a $2 vga splitter did the trick. Moral of the video, don't have cheap cables between your computer and monitor. I recorded this pretty much at the same time as I figured out it worked, so I did not take a lot of time to really clean the image up. Everything you need to replicate this video, at least software wise is contained within DragonOS Focal. Here's the vga splitter, https://www.ebay.com/itm/VGA-Y-Splitter-Cable-8-Long-DB15-HD-Male-to-2X-DB15HD-female-VGA-Y-splitter-/272839405718?_trksid=p2385738.m4383.l4275.c10 And here's GR-Tempest https://github.com/git-artes/gr-tempest
