I am surrounded by such amazing people (both family and friends) and this time of year is my favourite because we actually make the time to get together. A few words about these girls... Kristen - a beautiful, compassionate woman who is also the only one I know who can rock bright pink lipstick like a boss. Natalie - always laughing, totally engaged in every conversation, understanding... but in denial about scratches on her car. Heather - she may be little, but she's got more heart and passion than anyone I know... just a bit prejudice on her beef breed of choice. Sarah - oh Sarah... quite honestly should quit her day job and become a stand-up comedian... but under the one-liners is one beautiful individual. Amy - last but not least... our beautiful, fun-loving, impatient, and articulate friend who has added such joy to my year even when she herself may have been in pain... 2017... you may have been a bear in so many ways, but you also gave me this tribe. And for that, I'm thankful.
