I found that I simply wasn't using Angostura for anything at all. I am never typical. So instead, in that top slot, I now keep a new style of bitters... i call it Terry Orange. Watch the video to see why. It's mostly traditional Orange Bitters (I tend to use Regan's but the Fee Brothers make a fine offering, as well) but with a little hint of Chocolate Bitters mixed in. Evoke memories of Christmas and otherwise just offer up a little more sweetness to your bourbon cocktails than I usually would with this recipe. Enjoy!
