        <description>I discuss a lot of herbs and botanical medicine concepts as applied to COVID-19 in this video. I hope it is helpful. It was very late and I was very tired when I recorded this last night - sorry that I ramble a bit. A few mistakes in here that I just don't have time to edit, sorry, so I'll do it here: I mention "HAPE" when I meant "HACE" (Cerebral Edema - sorry, it's late and I'm tired, haha) and forgot to talk about Evening Primrose and its high amount of quercetin (ionophore for zinc).as well as being a good respiratory anti-inflammatory. I like to tincture the leaves at 80% (percolation). It makes a good infused oil too. Different than the actual pressed, seed oil in constituents and uses, but some similarities as well.
