The Slow Work of Becoming Well

There are seasons on the homestead when growth feels obvious. The garden is thriving, the pantry is full, and everything seems to move forward quickly. And then there are the quieter seasons. The slow seasons. The hidden work. The healing that happens underneath the surface before anyone else can see it. In this deeply personal video, I’m sharing part of my own journey with health, exhaustion, toxin overload, healing, and what I’ve learned about slowing down enough to truly listen to my body. Along the way, I discovered that healing rarely happens all at once. More often, it looks a lot like gardening: patient, faithful, and steady. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, exhausted, discouraged, or frustrated by slow progress, I hope this video reminds you that healing isn’t wasted just because it’s gradual. Sometimes the deepest growth is happening where we cannot yet see it. Find more videos like this here: https://homesteadingfamily.com/the-slow-work-of-becoming-well/
