We've been working with our cattle panel high tunnels now for 4 years and have learned that even with a pretty solidly heavy snow they should be fine with no fuss. Today we got a heavy snow mixed with ice and harsh winds. Rough day! The high tunnels held up just fine. The key seems to be to set them no wider than 7.5' at the base of the 'arches' that are made during construction. This creates a peak, or an arch of the panel, to be in such a way as to pretty reliably shed snow as it lands. Massive snow loads in your region? Set the width to 7' and you should be golden. A little lost internal square footage but worth it for reliability. Not perfect, definitely not indestructible by any means, but pretty darn rugged for how little cost, little complexity and easy of installation they are.
