In 1994, Patricia established the BotanoLogos School of Herbal Studies in northeast Georgia and maintained her practice in Clayton until 2019. Inspired by her Greek heritage, she also leads culinary tours to Crete to explore traditional cuisine focused on wild herbs. Recently, she published an updated edition of "Medicinal Plants of the Southern Appalachians," featuring over 200 photos.
