All it takes is a few pieces of round stock in about 1/4" or 3/16" ( around 5 or 6mm) and a some type of block of metal for added weight. A hunk of 1 inch round stock, a piece of thick plate, whatever it takes.  You cant screw one up. Just like a 3 legged stool, with 3 points, they always touch.</description>
