I want this to be an active group learning experience. This is the third video. After 6-8 weeks... no mycelium growth. So I failed but try again with 4 kinds of pure substrate. The key is to keep them damp like a wrung out sponge. I am using grain spore spawn and slivers of mushrooms. I ordered wood dowels covered in oyster mushroom mycelium for video four. I also show you how to use cardboard as a substrate. Mushroom eat dead organic plant matter and grow mycelium and hyphae. They enjoy the cellulose.
