Sometimes you just feel like snacking and this recipe makes it fast and easy to have freshly baked crackers that are healthier than store bought alternatives. Recipe: 1 cup oat flour (90 grams) 2 cups all purpose flour (198 grams) 2 tsp. salt (10 grams) 2 tsp. sugar (7.98 grams) 4 tbsp. oil (52.64 grams) 1 cup (may need a little more or less) hot water. (236.58 grams) Roll out and bake at 425F ( 218C) for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and spray with oil and salt. You can also add toppings at this point. Put back in oven for at least another 7 minutes. After that check frequently until desired crunchiness is obtained.
