<description>Owner of this 2020 Chevy Malibu just recently bought the car for a good price. It's clean and only has 100k miles on it...drives great. But it does have one problem and cannot pass the PA Safety Inspection... The BRAKE lights and Rear TURN SIGNALS DO NOT WORK!! Owner already tried new bulbs, but no joy. Let's diagnose this weird issue and see if we can bring life back to these Brake Lights without going to the Parts Store.
