This one has fairly decent functionality even if it is using very dubious circuitry for driving the LEDs. It has a proper lithium cell charge circuit - minus the capacitors, and fairly functional software with the handy feature of turning off instantly instead of having to mince your way through every mode. The use of a standard 14500 lithium cell means there is some reasonable upgradability to the unit.
