        <description>Conditions were terrible but a couple of QRP and/or mobile stations were worked on 7 &amp; 14 MHz.  Video discusses the importance of finding a low noise location to operate from.  The only frustrating thing about this is you will hear more stations than will hear you (if you're QRP) but at least you'll be able to hear the other stations that the station calling is replying to if you don't succeed.
