My plumbing supply rep brought to my attention a new product in the US market called Aquatherm. This is a PEX alternative that seems to have some pretty impressive stats. It's a totally toxin free product, is recyclable, has no mechanical fittings/glues/solder, is freeze tolerant, and has no harmful combustion by-products. Check out their website at www.aquathermpipe.com I hope to give this product a try in a future home so stay tuned for a future product review from my experiences... -Matt Risinger
