New products being added weekly. I made this video to try to simplify TIG settings on a primeweld 225 and similar machines. There are lots of knobs and settings on this machine but most of them can be set once and ignored when using a foot pedal. Settings like start amperage, upslope, downslope and end amps can all be set to zero as long as the foot pedal is plugged in with 2t 4t setting on 2t. other than that only pre flow and post flow settings need to be set according to different factors like size tungsten used, metal type, and amperage used. For Tig welding aluminum the only other 2 settings to dial in are AC balance and AC frequency. This video shows how to set AC balance and AC frequency for different applications.
