We've used OSI and PL for decades and they both worked well enough, though in our wet season they really didn't bond the subfloor to the joists. When I price out the Advantech SFA, it ends up being about the same as PL Premium, but I never have wasted tubes, and the dispenser is super lightweight and I can reach farther.
