I would consider framing my specialty, but we've formed and poured foundations for 80% of the homes we build. As a crew we've typically taken care of the foundations, framing and siding. Obviously we aren't as fast (anywhere close) as the tradies who do this day in and day out. But we are significantly less expensive than subbing it out. Trust me, I'd rather sub it out at this point.
