We need them to be able to help us plan and prepare for our Herbal Medics missions that involve free herbal clinics, off-grid engineering solutions, sustainable medicinal and food gardening, free education and more for underserved communities. Although the scout course is not specifically "medical," it teaches all the critical skills that support our botanical medicine mission in Herbal Medics (our outreach organization). It's also a LOT of fun and challenging. It is also very beneficial to anyone and everyone interested in outdoor skills - from botany and wildcrafting to backpacking and camping. The Human Path Scout course 2020 is coming up soon - March 16-20! Things you'll be doing in this course include: Running obstacle courses through the woods, learning to link up with other teams covertly, infil and exfil, reconnaissance, scout survival and bushcraft skills, night movement as a team, land navigation, covert communications, mission planning, making contact with communities in need and evaluating how our Herbal Medics teams can provide what they are asking for, and much more. Prerequisites are the Core Basic and Land Navigation which run the previous week to this course.
