<description>Chris VK3AML sets up a portable 160 metre AM station on Melbourne's Chelsea pier. The heat and wind made operating uncomfortable but good signal reports were had from all over Melbourne. Meanwhile Lawrie VK3SJ drops in with a 2w pedestrian mobile station on 160m AM based on a converted 1964 Weston transceiver. Video intended to be watched more than heard due to high wind noise.
