US Government Networks Breached - Solarwinds Sunburst

Solarwinds is a company that deals with a number of IT and network based tools used by many companies, large and small....including the US Government. It has been discovered that an update that was issued by Solarwinds contained malicious code which allowed espionage on potentially 18,000 customers, some of which are high levels of the US Government. In this video I attempt to clarify how this "hack" was done, and what it means in hopefully an accessible way to both techies and non-techies alike.
