We've put together a chickshaw for our chickens! This is a mobile chicken coop that allows us to let our chickens free-range, peck, scratch, and fertilize our property, all while getting access to fresh bugs, greens, worms and other things they love. But they can still go into the chickshaw and roost at night, or into the nest boxes to lay their eggs. The bottom of the chickshaw is open so it allows all their droppings to fertilize the ground without making a mess inside the coop. For more information on our chickshaw, visit the blog post: https://homesteadingfamily.com/building-a-chickshaw-mobile-chicken-coop
