DragonOS Focal Adding SDRPlay and B205 support to SDRAngel (RSP1A, B205mini-i, Soapysdr)

First eight minutes or so covers the steps taken to build SDRAngel from source on DragonOS Focal while taking in to account what's already installed. I then show how SDRAngel, thanks to soapysdr, can use both the SDRPlay equipment as well as a b205mini-i which was not previously possible with the SDRAngel .deb install method. It appears all the typical settings you would expect to see for SDRPlay is available, however I am not that familiar with all the gain settings. I also noticed after recording the video that running two tuners with the RSPDuo does not seem to be possible. Hope to show shorter videos in the future using specific features of SDRAngel with SDRPlay. I'll also include this in the next DragonOS Focal release. https://github.com/f4exb/sdrangel/wiki/Compile-from-source-in-Linux
