Today we had mild weather and things thawed out, so we worked to move a backlog of compost into a better position to rest and mellow for the remainder of winter. With two piles merging into one, we ended up with a little under 7 cubic yards or more of rich compost, providing passive heat into a high tunnel and making room for more compost to come!
