The osmocon loader and transceiver binary files are compiled and work along with the existing osmo-nitb and Osmo-bts-trx binaries. Due to a lack of existing GSM for the phone to sync to, it's somewhat prevented me personally from fully testing everything, but I've been told it does in fact work. Once I get around to setting up a shielded environment, I'll try and show the rest of the setup. Everything needed will be included in the next DragonOS Focal release, R20. Stay tuned.
