Customer states that it has been having trouble starting in the COLD. Sometimes it fires up and STALLS in a few seconds, showing "REDUCED POWER" on the dash. Then the truck may not even CRANK for hours!! Obviously this is less than ideal if you have to get to work. Let's try to reproduce the customer complaint...easier said than done!! The Canyon seems to start and run just fine. Oh and the BLOWER FAN only works on HIGH speed...let's diagnose and repair that as well while we wait for the GMC to rear it's ugly head.
