Immediately, I got her to a lambing pen and started treatment for pregnancy toxemia (& milk fever) and hoped I wasn't too late. Today, I was met with some quick action as the ewe was giving birth to quads, two forward, and two back. Working with her all day and supplementing her lambs, I was still not able to get this ewe up. I also made the mistake of trying to get through some comments, but was left feeling pretty discouraged by a few really bad ones. So for my people here... I don't say it enough, but your support and encouragement is what gets me through these tough days.
