They are great as a basic concept and have been super reliable and nice for our needs. This winters first heavy snow is showing a hint of weakness in our oldest tunnel. I think anything larger than 4 panels in this design may be asking for trouble if you are in a snowy region, and having the arc of the panels be no more than 7'3" is a reasonable setting if you want good snow shedding.
