P0411 is a Secondary Air Injection System Incorrect Flow Detected code, meaning the ECM does not see the expected change in exhaust oxygen content when the air injection system is commanded on. While this is a known issue on these vehicles, we do not jump straight into repairs without verifying the failure first.
