It's a talk that has been cooking for a WHILE now, though. Back in 2018 I first started writing this as a means to disambiguate all kinds of details for people who would ask me about the implants in my hands. This is a crash course in how RFID works, how and why some credential systems are vulnerable to various hacker shenanigans like replaying or cloning or other methods of subverting security, and which types of biohacker implants are capable of various kinds of cool tactics. This was not a sponsored talk and while you will see me mention some company names in the presentation, it is only because they are some of the most notable sources of hardware in the industry... indeed, much of this talk consists of me telling the audience what they probably DON'T need to go out and buy!
