No, it may not be because they're transmitting where they shouldn't. And neither might it be your equipment. Your antenna could instead be the problem. Watch as I fault find and fix a problem with my G5RV antenna at home. The repair also made the antenna behave as it should and removed the risk of it generating harmonics on transmit.
