Some cautions about some unexpected behavior of modern DMMs is also presented.  PLEASE NOTE: HIGH VOLTAGE CAN BE VERY DANGEROUS - DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE ANY HIGH VOLTAGE MEASUREMENTS IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING.  THIS VIDEO DOES NOT PRESENT ALL OF THE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS THAT NEED TO BE TAKEN WHEN MEASURING HIGH VOLTAGE.</description>
