Then I thought, that is silly. Easter is still Easter. Because Easter isn't new matching outfits, church services, family dinners, baskets, or egg hunts. It's about out Savior. Conquering the grave! HE IS RISEN! I wanted to do something special. Was thinking on it while listening to praise music this morning. And I believe the Lord gave me an amazing idea. It could be spectacular...IF we as Christians join together. Easter Sunday at 9 am let's all get our Bibles, go outside to our front porches or driveways. Read aloud the Easter story. Pray and sing praises to him. For all the world to see. WE ARE THE CHURCH. So let's be the church right where we are! Will you join me? Will you step out of your comfort zone. Can you imagine voices all over the upstate outside reading his WORD?! Please share this idea with your Life Group, Sunday School class, your Pastor, your neighbors.
