The customer noticed the interior lights and dash would randomly light up while the vehicle was parked, just like someone was grabbing the passive entry handle. The customer temporarily solved the issue by turning the passive entry feature off in the vehicle settings, which stopped the battery drain. I installed a new outer door handle assembly and verified proper operation. Problem solved and customer back on the road .
