<description>More sports oval light pole antenna tests. Is it really any good? Well, when it comes to picking up RF energy to drive a crystal set it seems to be. Video demonstrates a crystal set receiver in use. What you hear is from the earpiece held up to the camera without transistor audio amplification. It's much better in real life with more stations heard. Later on I switch in a Q multiplier and you can hear the effect on strength (along with a 1 transistor audio amplifier).
