The Saab only has 72k miles on it, and was shipped to the new owner on a trailer. Apparently it drove onto the trailer, but REFUSED TO CRANK at the final destination. The owner had the Saab towed to a local "European Specialist" who condemned the Column Integration Module (CIM) and started playing SWAPTRONICS....
