The T-Rex Lockpicking Challenge

My colleague Rob (@TacticalNomad) created a contest that we've played a number of times now... typically after-hours at our facilities in Arizona or Virginia... and typically after the bourbon has been opened. As you will see, this is a contest where someone is given a relatively straightforward lock (typically either a spool-pinned Master padlock or a conventional 6-pin KIK cylinder) that should be easy to open... but they have their arms wired up with a muscle-stimulating TENS unit that causes spasms and rigid, involuntary flexing of the picker's arm muscles. Hilarity and very congenial chatter is the result. In this clip, we see The NotSoCivilEngineer (reddit.com/user/TheNotSoCivilEngr) get his lock open, while I utterly fail to because my arms are flexing and my hands are chattering all over the place. 😉 I do manage to get the lock open in the end... by means of another attack, hah. I hope you enjoy this and that it inspires all of you to create fun and innovative picking contests of your own! (And today's give-away prize is brought to you by Locktoberfest in Chicago, where picks and locks meet beers and brats!) NOTE: The winner of the flashlight has been chosen. By random selection (viewable here... https://twitter.com/deviantollam/status/1191085446400360448) the winner is AfroMyrdal. I have replied to them below and we'll hopefully connect soon. Nice work, everybody!
