Q-multiplier improves crystal set reception - Part 2 MF band scan & HF SSB reception

Another look at the Q multiplier crystal set. Here I've added a 1 transistor audio amplifier (BC548 transistor, 220k resistor, 4.7k resistor, 2 x 4.7 uF capacitors) and am listening on a different amplifier. I do a band scan of the MW broadcast band then tap down the coil to allow higher frequency reception. Signals at 2.4 MHz are heard from the Northern Territory and then SSB amateurs on 3.5 MHz.
