Hey everyone, just a quick and dirty rundown of the Wire reports we've been doing, as well as the future capabilities something like this has. Right now, radio is largely about the technology itself, and not about the content on it. The ability to share information via radio is important, but we can't just focus on that ability, we have to provide the information itself. Stuff like this is an attempt to offer quality, helpful information in a way that makes daily radio usage not just possible, but actually preferrable. Provide the content, and they will come, so to speak. As great as emergency preparedness is, we want to get out of the mindset of the weekly comm check, and actually lean on reliable technology every day. Because if there's one thing that's certain, we're living in a constant state of emergency every day now, and the existing radio agencies/nets/entities are not remaining relevant in this 5GW world. Note: This is mostly in podcast format due to the nature of the content, so if you prefer to listen to this episode, the link to the podcast is below. https://www.buzzsprout.com/868255 Our Telegram channel for these reports is: @S2UndergroundWire 00:00 - Introduction and Methodology 11:00 - The Wire Report Format 16:44 - Bridging the Gap If you would like to support us, we're on Patreon! https://www.patreon.com/user?u=30479515 And if you don't like Patreon, we're also on Utreon! https://utreon.com/c/S2Underground/
