DragonOS LTS Transmit with SDRAngel + Receive with GQRX (HackRF One, RTL SDR)

How to setup a sink, add a WFM Modulation plugin, and transmit with the HackRF One using SDRAngel and DragonOS. You'll need a headset or some sort of audio input along with a RTL-SDR if you want to also test out receiving the audio with GQRX. Pay attention to local law/regulations when transmitting, regardless if it's inside a building or elsewhere. The transmit power of the HackRF One is low and while the default 435MHz was used with the sink, you still run the risk of transmitting on unauthorized frequencies and/or interfering with all sorts of other legitimate frequencies.
