I have some winner who get in touch with me (and it's been my pleasure to send things out in the mail and hear about when they are received!) but other people have won things and never taken action to claim them. Eventually, if people don't get back to me after a month or so, I will be forced to return their prizes to the Pelican Case and give them away in a future drawing. So, please, if you are a winner, email me and let's get you free stuff! To remind everybody how this works... I do a script-driven random drawing and record a video of that process (it's literally footage of me filming a computer screen so that you know i'm not doing editing funny business), The winner is announced in that drawing video and I also reply to the winner's original comment. This should in theory generate an alert back to that person in their YouTube app, etc., That winner emails me and tells me they want to claim their free thing., I reply to the winner's email asking them to EDIT their original comment (the one that garnered them the prize) so that I know it's really them., Once confirmed, I send the prize in the mail., I don't do Patreon or anything like that, so this is the best process I can think of. And it has worked in the past for some folk, so I am sure that it's feasible. If you have any comments as to why it might not be working for you, email me.
