For some reason cities love to set their trees up shedding water away from the crown of the tree. This forces towns and cities to have to water their trees with diesel trucks and imported water. Changing the levels, curbs, and design could make tree irrigation effortless and almost free while cleaning storm water and creating shade in cities.</description>
