        <description>Freeze drying preserves more food value that either dehydrating or regular canning and is so fun to do.  You can either vacuum seal the finished product or seal it up in a mylar bag with oxygen absorbers and if done right, will store 20-30 years.  We are having so much fun trying out new things! Note: The cheese did reconstitute after about 45 minutes.  It tasted great and I put some on a paper towel in the microwave to see if it would melt, and it did!  So pleased.
