        <description>I video blog a lot about HVAC systems because they are such a huge energy user in our HOT Austin Texas climate.  In this video my HVAC contractor Bert and I are in the middle of an energy efficiency upgrade and have just replaced the furnace with a sealed combustion 95% efficient gas furnace.  This furnace is about 20% more efficient than the old unit it replaced but it's also the only way to install a gas furnace in a sealed unvented spray foamed attic.
