Shop owner told me that his scanner wouldn't even power ON when he tried to scan it for codes. He said it's been to TWO DEALERS already, and he called me right away without wasting time once it got dragged to his shop. Let's first diagnose the NO-COMMUNICATION problem. The ECM is still being reluctant to talk, plus the BCM is "clicking"...there's definitely something very WRONG with this Ford.
