The online course can be taken by itself. It must be passed in order to attend the 5-day hands-on intensive at our 50-acre campus in October, 2019. Additionally, students must have a minimum of a 16-hour Wilderness First Aid certification or equivalent training/experience. We will have a 3-day Wilderness Herbal First Aid certication preceding the Austere Hands-On intensive for those who want to obtain a WFA cert through us.
