<description>Imagine a very simple and cheap direct conversion receiver that greatly attenuates the opposite sideband with no crystal filters, almost all discrete parts and only the simplest of RF and audio phase shift networks. Here's one for 7 MHz I knocked up on some modified QRSS designs from PA2OHH. If you want to follow my results start by building either of the PA2OHH QRSS receiver circuits presented here: 80m https://www.qsl.net/pa2ohh/20qrx80m.htm, 40m https://www.qsl.net/pa2ohh/20qrx40m.htm, PS: If you liked this video please consider supporting Amateur Radio VK3YE by: Subscribing on YouTube,, Checking my books page at https://books.vk3ye.com, Shopping on Amazon via: https://amzn.to/3iiDQXv, or, Shopping on eBay via: https://ebay.us/i9DuWP (then if you buy something I'll get a small commission at no cost to you)</description>
