After years of gas cap swaps, shop visits, and inspection hassles, the owner’s finally ready to get it fixed for real. We narrow down the leak to the area around the fuel tank, but to confirm it we’ll need to drop the tank—so we check in with the customer to see if they want to move forward. 2014 Chevy Impala P0411 Repair and Verification | Secondary Air Injection System - Part II

1996 Chevy Astro Van - The Rich Running Mystery SOLVED!

In the last video, we looked at this 1996 Chevy Astro van that was misfiring and running so rich it could make your eyes water—fuel literally dripping out of the tailpipe. We traced the problem down to a faulty spider injector, even though it had supposedly been replaced less than a year ago.

In this follow-up, I go through the repair and confirm the fix with live data. I don’t show every wrench turn, but you’ll see the old injector assembly come out, the exact spot where it was leaking, and the new injector installed and verified. Proof’s in the data—problem solved.

2014 Chevy Spark No-Start | Tracking Down 5V Reference Circuit Failure

This 2014 Chevy Spark was towed in as a no-start. No crank, no action at all. Scanned it and found 4 codes, all tied to the 5V reference circuits. Strange for them all to fail at once, so let’s dig in and see what’s really going on—and figure out what parts this little Spark actually needs.

Subaru TPMS Mystery: No Tire Pressures Displaying on Dash

2014 Chevy Impala P0411 Diagnosis | Secondary Air Injection System Failure - Part I

In this two-part video series, I take a look at a customer’s 2014 Chevy Impala that came in with the very common P0411 trouble code. P0411 is a Secondary Air Injection System Incorrect Flow Detected code, meaning the ECM does not see the expected change in exhaust oxygen content when the air injection system is commanded on. While this is a known issue on these vehicles, we do not jump straight into repairs without verifying the failure first. In this video, I walk through the diagnostic process to confirm the root cause before any parts get replaced. Let’s get after it.
